How does Mpower measure muscles?

EMG

When muscles are activated, they produce electrical signal called EMG. Mpower uses a technology called surface EMS (sEMG) to measure and analyze muscle behavior during training.

POD

The Mpower pod is attached to the skin surface over any muscle to measure EMG-signal as the muscle respons to the training exercises. The Mpower pod transmits the measurement data to the Mpower app for further analysis.

APP

Based on the data, the Mpower app calculates multiple parameters that help users get the most out of their training.
