Fibrux values your privacy. We hope that this Privacy Policy helps you understand what kind of information of you Fibrux may collect, and how we handle and use any such information after collection. This Privacy Policy describes the treatment of information collected of you in connection with Fibrux products and services whether available through internet, for example through www.mpower-bestrong.com web/mobile sites (collectively referred as to "Fibrux Sites"); or in connection with other services such as customer care and warranty services; or in connection with promotions, competitions and campaigns and other types of marketing events and/or services offered by Fibrux. Note that other privacy policies, special use terms, product-, site- or page specific terms (referred to as "Special Terms"), may apply to certain sites or pages, products, applications or services, but the applicability of any such Special Terms will be expressly indicated. In the event of any inconsistency between any Special Terms and this Privacy Policy, the applicable Special Terms will prevail over the terms of this Privacy Policy.
By providing information to Fibrux and by using or accessing the Fibrux Sites, any services or by participating to events offered by Fibrux, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data and other information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Fibrux Sites or other Fibrux services.

Collection of Information
Information of you is typically collected when you make a purchase, use or register into our services, enter into a sales promotion, sweepstakes, contests or other campaign, or use the services offered in Fibrux Sites, or otherwise interact with Fibrux, for example through our customer care. In those connections, we may collect, for example, details of the queries or requests you have made, the products and services provided (including delivery details) and information relating to your Fibrux products and/or their use, financial details for example of payments made, billing address, credit checks and other such financial information, details of agreements between you and Fibrux, records of contacts and communications, information you have provided us with and other such transactional information and demographic information, for example, your age, gender, weight, height, and language preferences.
At Fibrux Sites, Fibrux may offer services, such as message boards, discussion and information sharing forums and blogs to which you are able to post information, links and materials. Fibrux may collect information you provide by using the Fibrux Sites, such as your consents, preferences and feedback, and other such information you choose to share. Please note that any information you disclose through such services or otherwise on Fibrux Sites may become public information, and may be available to other users of the Fibrux Sites and to the general public.
a) Personal Data
As used in this Privacy Policy, the term "personal data" means data such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, internet service provider, telephone number or other personally identifiable information that may be supplied by you or collected about you according to applicable local legislation. Please note that certain non-identifiable information collected from you may become personally identifiable when you provide Fibrux with your personal data.
Personal data may be used to contacting you via mail, e-mail, mobile message or phone for example, if you place an order for a product; filing your purchases or collecting payment of recurring fees, (if applicable) or if you request customer support service. Fibrux may need to contact you for additional information required to process or fulfill your order and/or request. In addition, Fibrux may use your personal data to ensure the functionality and security of Fibrux products and services or to identify you and to prevent and investigate fraud and other misuses. Fibrux may create aggregate and statistical information based on your personal data.
Consent for Disclosure of Personal Data
You expressly accept and give your consent that your personal data obtained may be transferred, if permitted by applicable local legislation, across international borders to server locations supporting Fibrux Sites (including but not limited to transfers from those locations back to the country of your location) for operating and developing Fibrux Sites and Fibrux products and/or services, including transfers to Fibrux subcontractors or agents, who perform tasks related to Fibrux Sites, Fibrux products and/or services, or for the purposes of storing personal data in relevant databases, which may be located in Finland or in any other country.
Fibrux does not engage in the practice of selling or trading personal data to other companies for promotional purposes. Unless compelled by applicable law or administrative or judicial order, Fibrux will not provide personal data to a third party without your permission, except as necessary to process your order, fulfill your requests or manage interactive customer programs. If allowed by applicable local legislation, Fibrux may also exchange personal data between Fibrux's affiliated (related) companies for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Fibrux may also use subcontractors to provide some products or services to you. We also may need to share your personal data with these subcontractors so that they can provide services to us. Our subcontractors are not permitted to use such personal data for any other purposes and we impose confidentiality requirements on their services. In addition to aforesaid, Fibrux may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, training information and related site information to reputable third parties, but these statistics will not include personally identifiable information.
Security
While there are always risks associated with providing personal data, whether in person, by phone or via the internet or other technologies, and no system of technology is completely safe or "tamper"/"hacker" proof, Fibrux has endeavored to take reasonable precautions which are appropriate to prevent unauthorized access to and improper use of your personal data. For example, Fibrux uses encryption technology when collecting personal data. If Fibrux Sites support on-line transactions, it will use industry standard security measures, to protect the confidentiality and security of online transactions. If used, industry standard security measures like SSL authentication ensure that credit card information, as well as other personal data submitted as part of the buying process, is reasonably safe from third party interception.
Accuracy of Collected Personal Data
Fibrux will on its own initiative, or at your request, free of charge, replenish, rectify or erase any incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data retained by Fibrux in connection with the operation of Fibrux Sites and other services. b) Other Information
Other information than personal data is information, that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to you as an individual, such as: browser and device information, application usage data, information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies, demographic information and other information provided by you, and aggregated information. If you choose to use location services, such as routes, locations, points of interests, speed and other training data on your Fibrux product or application, then the physical location of your device will be collected in order to provide you with location-based services and is considered as other information. Fibrux Sites may allow you to voluntarily upload and share information, for example, locations, training data and/or used routes, activities such as runs, walks, swims, hikes, gym classes, etc. from your Fibrux product and/or application. From the privacy settings on such Fibrux Sites you can control who can access such information.
Please remember that any content you choose to provide is done by you on a voluntary basis and Fibrux will not keep such information private or confidential.
Please note Fibrux may use and disclose this kind of other information for any purposes, for example for research and development purposes, or for developing Fibrux products and/or services, except when required to do otherwise under applicable law, and/or share or sell it to third parties, but in a form that does not personally identify you. If we are required to treat other information as personal data under applicable law, then we may use it as described in personal data section above, as well as for all the purposes for which we use and disclose personal data. In some instances, we may combine other information with personal data. If we combine any other information with your personal data, the combined information will be treated by Fibrux as personal data as long as it is combined.
c) Visitor Identification - Technical Information and Usage of "Cookies"
By showing how and when our guests use Fibrux Sites, helps us to improve Fibrux Sites. For the most part, you may visit Fibrux Sites or use Fibrux products and/or services without having to tell us who you are. However, certain technical information is normally collected as a standard part of your use of Fibrux Sites.
